We will remind you each year that your
service is due and arrange a convenient time for us to carry out this remedial work.
If we do find that some component is close to failure during the service we
will advise you and quote for replacement of the offending component. No work
is carried out without your expressed authorisation so that you are always aware of the
costs involved.
If, in our opinion, the cost of repairing
a printer is uneconomic we will make you aware of it and no costs will be
incurred.
